Our Sundays are devoted to the Word of God, relationships, and prayer. Our service lasts about 70 minutes and follows this rhythm:
Corporate Prayer (5 minutes): We begin with prayer around the room, seeking God together as a church family.
Sermon: Our preaching is deeply rooted in Scripture, engaging, and applicable to real life.
Communion (Certain Weeks): We regularly celebrate the Lord’s Supper as a reminder of Christ’s sacrifice.
Worship Through Song: We sing three songs, blending modern and classic hymns.
Closing Prayer: We end the service by seeking God’s presence as we go into the week.
After service, many people stay to connect—some gather for bagels and coffee, others linger for conversation, and some make plans to spend the day together. At Joy Church, we don’t just attend; we walk through life together.

Yes! Coffee and bagels are welcome in the sanctuary before, during, and after service.

Not at all! Feel comfortable—just as you are. Our atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Meaning that what you prefer, you’ll fit right in. Our focus is on worshiping God, not what we're wearing.

We are currently working on finishing construction for Joyful Kids, a space where children ages 5-11 can learn about Jesus in a safe and engaging environment. Once completed, children will have the opportunity to participate in an age-appropriate program during service. This project also includes our infant and toddler nurseries.

Yes! We have a ramp for accessibility, and every door on the first floor has been recently recut to accommodate wheelchairs. If you need any assistance, our team is happy to help.

The Bible does not specify how often we are to celebrate Communion, only that we are to be regular in our practice of it. At present, we celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of the month and various other special occasions.
We welcome everyone who has put their faith in Jesus to celebrate Communion with us, whether you regularly attend Joy Church or not. In line with the Scriptures (1st Cor. 11:27-29) we ask that only believers partake in Holy Communion and that each believer examine their own heart before receiving it.
